Thursdays: 1 pm to 4 pm
Fridays: 10 am to 4 pm
Saturdays: 10 am to 4 pm
ADMISSION COSTS for our two attractions:
1) Rim Country Museum and 2) Zane Grey Cabin:
Adults - $5 for each attraction
Seniors (over 55) / Veterans - $4 for each attraction
Juniors (12-17) - $3 for each attraction
Children under 12 - Free
Active-Duty Military, NGCHS members
and Partnership Museum members - Free
Special GROUP TOURS can be scheduled by calling the Museum or using the Contact Us section below.
Tours of the Rim Country Museum are self-guided.
Tours of the Zane Grey Cabin are docent-led.
Self-guided tour of outdoor exhibits is free. Guide sheets are outside the gift shop.

Roger Naylor
Popular Arizona author Roger will discuss his recent book, Crazy for the Heat: Arizona Tales of Ghosts, Gumshoes, and Bigfoot.
The book is a collection of Arizona-based humorous short stories. The nine funny, quirky tales are filled with oddball characters and twisted plots. But the settings are very real. A throwback private detective cracks wise and solves crimes in the mountaintop moonlight of Jerome. In the sunbaked desert, visitors pull off the highway to admire the World’s Largest Ball of Chest Hair as a roadside attraction. Meanwhile, a group of Sedona residents can’t step outside without getting abducted by space aliens.

From the Tonto National Monument
Will's talk and travelogue features the Southwestern National Monuments and how the Park Service identified and developed the 30 diverse monuments, ranging from Montezuma
Castle to White Sands.
His work has appeared in the Journal of Arizona History and on the National Parks Conservation Association website.

NGCHS Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th at 10:00 am.
It is planned for the 2nd floor of the Museum building.
Voting for the Board of Directors will be sent to you shortly.

Zane Grey Cabin
20th Anniversary Celebration
Saturday, October 25th from 10 am to 4 pm
Join us in celebrating the dedication of the renowned Zane Grey Cabin replica in 2005.
The Cabin is open for viewing without cost, a photo array of pictures from the dedication are on display, and the docents will share stories and answer questions.
